Sewer Inspection are required for all real estate transactions with developed property onto the Sewer System. 

This helps both the purchaser & the authority by ruling out any infiltration to the sewer system as well as any connection problem to the system. 

Cost - $ 100.00

Quarterly billing - $ 117.55 on Developed property 

( 2025) 

Yearly Sewer Standby fee of $ 60.00 for vacant lots located on the system. 

 Lien Certification Letters are required on all property located within the Sewer Authority. 

This letter will contain Debt  & Lien Status on the property for Sale. 

PLEASE NOTE .... 

Debt  will carry over to the new owners if not paid for prior to Sale.
